Marie H. Petersheim, 81 yrs., of Elverson, died on Monday, April 17, 2017, at the home of her son, while under the loving care of hospice and her family.
She was born on Oct. 31, 1935 in Basking Ridge, NJ. Marie was the daughter of the late Clarence and Helene (Snyder) Lammey. She was the wife of the late Calvin Petersheim, who died in 1996.
Marie was employed as an electronics assembler for Burroughs/Unisys Corp./World Electronics. She attended Goodwill united Methodist Church.
Marie was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Jenele.
Surviving is a son, Michael (Dorothy) Petersheim of Elverson, two daughters, Cindy Smith of Elverson and Sherry Grebe of Stowe, and a sister, Nancy Downey of Md. There are four grandchildren, David, Heather, Billy and Michael Jr. and eight great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 22, 2017 at 2 PM from Goodwill United Methodist Church, 104 Church Road, Elverson, Pa, with Pastor Coleen Painter officiating. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends from 1: 30 to 2 PM at the church.
