Alice M. Kaufman, 82 yrs., of Narvon, passed away on Monday, Feb. 18, 2019 at the home of her daughter, Naomi Fenstermacher of Narvon, while under the loving care of her family and hospice.
She was born in Eastside, Carbon Co., Pa. on Wednesday, May 13, 1936. Alice was the daughter of the late George & Anna (Comsick) Reiner. She was the wife of the late Frank E. Kaufman, who died on June 6, 2016.
Alice was a housekeeper at the Hickory House Nursing Home in Honey Brook. She enjoyed gardening, mowing the grass and all other yard work.
Alice was preceded in death by a a brother, George W. Reiner and two sisters, Irene Miko and Margaret Dotter.
Surviving in addition to her daughter, is a brother, Edward Reiner and four sisters, Janet Hayes, Viola Engler, Joan Burke and Carol Klotz.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 at 11 AM from the Living God Lutheran Church, 3200 Horseshoe Pike, Honey Brook, Pa., with Pastor Justin Nickel and Pastor John Carlson officiating. Inurnment will follow at the Living God Lutheran Church Columbarium. The family will receive friends after the memorial service.
