Lillian E “Lil” Spotts, 97 yrs., of Honey Brook, passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Ephrata Manor, following an illness.
She was born on Wednesday, Feb. 15, 1922 in Cambridge, Lancaster Co., Pa. Lillian was the daughter of the late Wilmer Earl and Ida Mary (Sagner) Miller. She was the wife of the late Ivan LeRoy “Buzz” Spotts, who died in 1995.
Lillian was a homemaker to her beloved family. She was a member of the Honey Brook United Methodist Church. Lillian enjoyed reading, sewing and cooking.
She was preceded in death by nine brothers and sisters.
Surviving is a son, William Earl Spotts of Florida, three brothers, Wilmer Lee Miller, Charles Raymond Miller, and Galen Howard “Moose” Miller and a sister, Emma Yvonne White. There are also three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at 11 AM from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa., with Pastor Ray Voran officiating. Interment will follow at the Honey Brook United Methodist Cemetery. A calling hour will be held staring at 9:30 AM.
