Melinda Gale Neff, 53 yrs., of Brandamore, died on Wednesday, Sept. 18, 2019 at the Paoli Hospital, following an illness.
She was born on Wednesday, Dec. 15, 1965 in Nicholas County, WV. Melinda was the daughter of the late Jennings Homer and Hattie Fay (White) Neff.
She was a personal healthcare provider to many families. Melinda always enjoyed helping anyone in need and loved being outdoors in her flower garden.
She was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.
Melinda is survived by her son, Levan D. Painter, a twin brother, Michael Neff and her sisters, Angel and Theresa.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
