John S. Good, 78 years, of Honey Brook, passed away suddenly on Friday, February 7, 2020 at his home.
He was born on Nov. 30, 1941. John was the son of the late Samuel R. and Edna Good. He was the husband of Margaret (DiBenetetto) Good, with whom he shared 52 years of marriage.
John was a laborer and driver with John S. Kauffman of Honey Brook. He enjoyed bowling, woodworking, making lawn mowing equipment repairs and mowing his yard.
He was preceded in death by many siblings.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are two daughters, Maryann Bavis of Honey Brook and Patty (Michael) Rhoads of Quarryville, two brothers, Elwood Good of NY and John Morrisey of Lyndell and a sister, Joanne (Dayton) Shores of Honey Brook. There are three grandchildren, Kelly, Britany, and Bradley.
A calling hour will be held from 6 to 8 PM on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa. A celebration of life service will begin at 8 PM. Interment will be private.
