Barbara J. Miller, 66 yrs., of Elverson, died on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at her home, while under the loving care of her family and hospice.

She was born in Marion, VA on Friday, June 25, 1954.  Barbara was the daughter of Hazel (Shepherd) Hamm of Honey Brook and the late Walter Douglas Hamm.  She was the wife of William B. “Bill” Miller, with whom she shared 38 years of marriage.

Barbara was a homemaker to her beloved family. She enjoyed making homemade pies, crocheting many blankets and time spent with her grandchildren. 

She was preceded in death by a son, Richard Allen “Rickey” Danzeisen, Jr.

Surviving in addition to her husband and mother is a daughter, Virginia K. “Ginny” Perrotta of Elverson, a brother, Michael L. Hamm of Honey Brook, and a sister, Joyce Layton of Elverson.  There are three grandchildren, Damon, Tyler, and Allison.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 2 PM at The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa., with Pastor Todd Baisley officiating.  Interment will follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery.  A calling hour will be held from 1 to 2 PM.   

Attendees are reminded of the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines and are kindly asked to wear a mask and observe physical distancing.

To all the family...so very sorry. While we are glad she is no longer suffering, it’s always so difficult. I pray you will find peace. What a wonderful person Barb was. Kindness filled every ounce of her being. She always made us feel so welcomed. And could she make pies!!! Well, she could make anything!! Many thoughts and prayers coming from us.
