I was saddened to hear about the passing of Stan. I had known Stan as a member of the Pennsylvania Outdoor Lighting Council for many years. Stan was truly a gentleman and a scholar. His dedication to improve light pollution was second to none. He will be sorely missed. Sandy Goodstein
