Donald L. Deihm, 82 yrs. of Wyomissing, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022 at his home, while under the loving care of his family and hospice.

He was born on Saturday, September 14, 1940 in Honey Brook. Donald was the son of the late Reese Howard and Anna Margaret (Snyder) Deihm. He was the husband of Carol Louise Deihm, with whom he would have shared 20 years marriage.

Donald was an editor with the Reading Eagle Newspaper. He attended Bethany United Methodist Church of Barnesville. He enjoyed Philadelphia sports, especially the Philles and Eagles. Donald was an avid collector of sports memorabilia and enjoyed standard horse racing.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Audrey A. (Martin) Deihm on May 25, 2000 and a sister, Alta Herd.

Donald is survived by his son, Donald H. (Tara) Deihm of Sinking Spring, two daughters, Daphne (Terry) Lofthus of Brush Prairie, WA and Barbara (Michael) Waltman of Reading. There are six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A private service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.

I am sorry for your loss. Donald and went back to school days. I helped him with his tomato crops. to raise money for college. I was also with him in his first car accident. His mother's car. A lot of good memories. Sincerely Jack Martin
