Bobby R. Robinette, Sr.

Bobby R. Robinette, Sr., 74 years of Honey Brook, died unexpectedly at his home on Sunday, September 15, 2024.

He was born on Sunday, August 27, 1950 in Yeager, WV. Bobby was the son of the late Arvil and Lillian (Stacey) Robinette. He was the husband of Joann (Miller) Robinette.

Bobby was a retired materials handler for A. J. Blosenski. He was a social member of the Honey Brook American Legion Wawassan Post # 422. Bobby enjoyed driving his golf cart,playing softball, playing cards with family and friends and making people laugh.

He was preceded in death by 2 sisters, Alice Headley and Phyllis Crawford.

Surviving is a son, Bobby R. Robinette, Jr. and his wife Melanie Robinette of Green Hills; a daughter, Melissa Patton of Honey Brook, two brothers, Johnny Robinette and his wife Betty Robinette and Dennis Robinette and his wife Cindy Robinette and a sister, Avon Robinette all of Honey Brook.

There are four grandchildren, Cassidy and Emma Patton and Jessica and Jordyn Robinette and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of the life and times of Bobby Robinette will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 1 to 4 PM at theCalifornia EC Church Social Hall & Church Grove, 350 California Road, Morgantown, Pa.

Wow 50 something years of knowing this man ,he always had a way to make me laugh. His absence will be felt for a long time to come. Our condolences to our nieces Cassidy & Emma, Melissa & the rest of the Robinette family. I will miss seeing Bobby especially at Ebys. I will miss his insults trying to be funny. He will be missed by many.
