Arlene J. Jones, 84 years old, of Elverson, died on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home, while under the loving care of hospice and her beloved family.
She was born in Elverson on Wednesday, December 17, 1941. Arlene was the daughter of the late Richard and Mabel (Knauer) Linton. She was the wife of Ernest R. Jones of Elverson.
Arlene was a sewing machine operator at the former Churchtown Sewing Factory. She was a member of the Elverson Rod and Gun Club. Arlene loved going to yard sales and her dear Boston Terrier dogs. She was a talented seamstress, who enjoyed doing sewing projects like horse blankets.
Arlene is survived by her son, Russell and his wife Nicole Jones of Honey Brook and a daughter, Bonnetta and her husband, Hien Nguyen of Adamstown. There are also four grandchildren, Tanner Althouse, Emmie Jones, Jaden Jones, and Sierra Jones
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 11AM from The Labs Funeral Home, Inc., 141 Pequea Ave., Honey Brook, Pa., with Pastor Sandra Gideon officiating. Interment will follow at the East Nantmeal Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 AM to 11 AM at the funeral home.
