Raymond A. Thompson, 79 years of Landisville, Pa. died on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Penn State Milton Hershey Medical Center, following an illness.
He was born in Honey Brook, Pa. on Monday, April 7, 1947. Raymond was the son of the late Raymond Russell, Sr. and Jane (Zimmerman) Thompson. He was the husband of Phyllis A. (Roy) Belboda-Thompson.
Raymond retired from Woodstream in the warehouse logistics department. He was in the PA Army National Guard. Raymond also worked as a shuttle driver for the Jones Auto Group. He enjoyed gardening and hitting the road for a drive.
Raymond was preceded in death by two sisters, Dottie and Dee-Dee.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a son, Dylan P. Thompson of Mt. Joy, a brother, Russell Thompson, Jr. of Ephrata, two sisters, Dori Stillman of Reading and Dawn Combs of Blue Ball.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 11 AM at the Honey Brook United Methodist Church Cemetery. There will be no funeral home service or viewing.
