Thomas Andrew Korth

Thomas Andrew Korth, 63, of Downingtown, died on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at his home, while under the loving care of hospice and his beloved family.

He was born on Tuesday, April 30, 1963, in West Chester. Thomas was the son of the  late Russell H. Korth Jr. and Ethel (Carl) Korth.

He was a US Army veteran.  Thomas worked in all types of construction, being known as an ace of all construction trades. He attended the Honey Brook Community Church.   Thomas enjoyed fishing for trout locally and heading North to Pulaski and Oswego, NY for salmon.    He was an avid pool player and found time to ride his Harley-Davison on the open roads.  Thomas loved his family and looked forward to every family event.  Time spent with his dear family was cherished by him.

Thomas was a man few words, but his actions spoken volumes.   He had a never-give up philosophy.  True tenacity was his superpower, whether it was on a construction job, or his next fish on the line, or his relationship with his family, he never gave up.   Thomas was a righteous man, doing the right thing, even if nobody was watching.  He will be loved and missed by his family and that he was always quick with a witty joke

He was preceded in death by his parents, both sets of grandparents, his oldest son, Andrew Korth, his brother, Russell H. Korth, III and a sister, Michelle Zadunajsky.

Thomas is survived by his children, Adam Korth, Corey Korth and Sharon Korth, all of Honey Brook, a sister, Leslie Guyer of Broad Top, Pa., and  the mother of his children, Melinda Burkman of Honey Brook.

A private service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family.  Please contact Adam Korth at 484-985-1520 or adamkorth3@ymail.com for the details of the memorial service to be held later.
