Jose J. Medina, Sr., age 86, formerly of Honey Brook, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026, due to an extended cardiovascular history.
He was born on Monday June 24, 1940, in Puerto Rico. Jose was the son of the late Nemecio and Francisca Medina.
He was employed at General Electric Company, prior to retirement. Jose loved to fish, hunt, ride bikes and being in the great outdoors. He especially treasured Sunday dinners with his dear family.
Jose was preceded in death by his wife, Lydia C. “Chris” Medina and a son, Jose J. Medina, Jr.
He is survived by his two sons, Jose Luis Medina of Hamburg and William Anthony Medina of Elverson, two daughters, Gloria Medina of Downingtown and Victoria Blair of Hamburg. There are 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A private service will be held at the convenience of the family.
