Ronald P. Bolich, 73, of Elverson, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Coatesville, PA, on Thursday, October 9, 1952. Ronald was the son of the late Carl and Jeannette (Johnson) Bolich. He was the husband of Rita A. (Shoop) Bolich, with whom he shared 49 years of marriage.
He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Coatesville, PA.
Ronald retired in 2016 after a 39-year career as a truck driver for Pepperidge Farm. Throughout his life, Ron enjoyed many camping trips with family and friends, sharing the outdoors with his wife and children. He was an avid collector of standard gauge stream trains and had planned a train display room on the third level of their home. On February 26, 2010, he acquired his private pilot’s license, which had been a lifelong desire. He spent many hours taking his children and friends on flights around the tri-state area. He will be remembered for his love of God and neighbor.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Covatta and his niece, Taylor Bolich.
Ronald is survived by his four sons, Christopher Bolich (Melanie) of Elverson, Jonathan Bolich (Selena) of Downingtown, Tyler Bolich of Elverson, and Quinn Bolich (Valerie) of Gap; three daughters, Jennifer Bolich of Elverson, Shalah Henigman of Flying Hills, and Ariona Bolich of Elverson; a brother, Kenneth Bolich (Julie) of Coatesville; and a sister, Dawn Carbo of Douglassville. He is also survived by six grandchildren, Carter, Simon, Giselle, Vivienne, Aliyah and Mason.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 2 p.m. at the Mt. Penn Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4880 Oak Parkway, Reading, PA. For those who would like to join the service via live Stream (Zoom) please contact a member of the family for details.
