Larry E. Harsh, 86 yrs. of Honey Brook, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026.
He was born in Churchtown, PA on June 10, 1940. Larry was the son of the late Carl and Elsie (Hartraftd) Harsh. He was the husband of the late Elaine (Kieffer) Harsh, who died on July 18, 2019.
Larry was a machine operator at Corng Hog Quarry, G. O. Carlson and Grace Mines. He was a peacetime US Army veteran. Larry loved to hunt, fish, and grow vegetable gardens.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Lori A. Harsh.
Larry is survived by his son, Larry Harsh of Terre Hill, four brothers, Clyde Harsh, Marvin Harsh, Galen Harsh and Joe Harsh and 3 sisters, Nancy, Doris and Brenda. There are three grandchildren, Angela, Emily and Heather and two great grandchildren, Milo and Maxie.
A graveside service will take place at Grove UMC Cemetery, 471 West Boot Road, West Chester, Pa. on Thursday, November 12th, at 2 PM with Pastor Shelia Barber officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in the memory of Larry to Chester Co. SPCA at 1212 Phoenixville Road, West Chester, PA 19380.
